项目介绍：OGDCL intends to hire the services of an experienced and well reputed contractor
for provision and operation of Continuous running Gas Generators (new or maximum seven years old) with 100% backup of equal capacity gas generators (new or max. seven years old) of 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz rating in OGDCL fields on rental basis across Pakistan. The contractor will be responsible for provision of smooth,continuous and un-interrupted power supply round the clock to the OGDCL Locations. Only space and Fuel (natural gas) for generator’s operations will be provided by OGDCL and all other requirements like Lube Oil, filters, batteries & battery electrolyte, radiator/cooling tower coolant and/or any other requirement to be fulfilled by the contractor itself. Any additional requirement at field will be covered
under the same contract.

投标资格：
1. To be eligible for award of contract, bidders shall have to provide satisfactory evidence to OGDCL of their eligibility, capability and adequacy to carry out the contract effectively up to the end.
2. Proof of requirements mentioned at Sub-clause-24.1 must be submitted by the bidder along with the bid.
3. All partners of the joint venture shall be jointly and severally responsible for the execution and completion of the contract in accordance with the contract terms and conditions. A relevant statement to this shall be included in the authorization mentioned under clause-24.3.2 as well as in form of bid and the form of Agreement (in case of successful bid). A copy of the agreement entered into the joint venture partners shall be submitted with the bid.
