Note：
The foreign bidder shall have a commercial agent in Syria, his agency should be registered at the Syrian competent authorities. The foreign bidders can submit a declaration undertaking to submit the agency bond of his commercial agent in Syria once bidder has been awarded to conclude the contract in case the contraction cost is over Syrian pounds FIVE million.
投标保证金：10,000 Euro（for foreign bidder）/ 5,000,000 SYP（for local bidder）
标书费：20 Euro（for foreign bidder）/ 10,000 SYP（for local bidder）
