The scope of work:
Requirement for the supply and delivery to site on a call out basis for a period of 3 years with option of extending this Agreement by a further 1 year thereafter:
Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) Membranes
Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) Membranes
Membranes are to perform to provided Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for each of the design related to：
1. Desalination Package (ME-5321) at SR,
2. Demineralized package (ME-5404) at SR and
3. Desalination Package (X-A9401A/B/C) at AP

In addition to the supply and delivery of the required membranes, all bidders are to include the following Technical service support that shall cover the following below points:
1.Membranes manufacturer should conduct field survey once a year to evaluate the unit performance and give any improvement recommendations.
2.Membrane manufacturer shall support in chemical cleaning procedure and evaluate the chemical performance.
3.Membrane manufacture shall provide the procedures of RO membranes preservation.
4.Technical support and troubleshooting shall be considered within the agreement from Membrane (on request)
5.Membrane manufacturer shall conduct an Autopsy test once a year or on request
6.Membrane manufacturer shall provide evaluation report of RO system performance per 3 months and estimate the life time of membranes.
