Scope of Work:
The “Wireline Logging and Perforating Equipment and Services” shall mainly include, but not limited to the following:
1.Wireline logging measurement, recording and interpretation of petrophysical data, both in open and cased holes, using standard and/or slimhole logging tools (All regular tools and imaging tools).
2.Provision of any means of horizontal well logging tools.
3.Provision of Perforating Services by using Wireline conveyed Perforating Guns or Tubing Conveyed Perforating Guns.
4.Provision of Wireline Services to run AL WAHA or Third Party instruments and equipment.
5.Data recording, processing and interpretation.

Additionally Contractors are required for:
1.Occasional Drilling engineering solutions of auxiliary wireline services as per Company’s working Program.
2.Provision of convey tools Tractor or CTU for occasional Horizontal logging and operation.

资质预审：
1.General introduction of the participants
Company Profile (including relevant information on size of business, company introduction, technological capacity, scope of business and quality assurance capability etc.) and Qualification certificate
2.Professional qualification documents of the participants
Supporting documents on domestic or international authenticated professional qualifications
3.Introduction to the service capacity of the participants(main service,Iraqi relevant experience and Plan how to organize this project)
4.Historical contract records of relevant services both at home and abroad in recent 5 years, especially in Iraq
5.Audit reports and financial statements audited by a third party professional audit agency in recent three yearsand Bank credit certificates (in English)
6.Other materials should be supplemented if needed; all documents shall be in English.
7.According to Iraqi Laws, the bidding winners should afford the fees for public announcement. And It will be deducted from the contract payment directly.
