1. The vendor should be the manufacturer/ dealer of the OEM with valid authorization from the OEM. Necessary documents to be provided.
2. Vendor should have supplied at least one number of the same or similar model of the offered apparatus to any Petroleum/ Petrochemical Laboratory in India during last five years. PO copy, Installation & commissioning report and latest service report from the user are to be submitted along with the offer.
3. The vendor should have after sale service support facility in India. Details to be provided along with the offer.
4.Bids shall have to be submitted only through on-line mode on above mentioned IOCL E-Tendering website during the period, as specified above and also noted under “Critical Dates” and the Bids shall be opened on the Date & time, as specified under “Critical Dates” and as above Electronically/online.
