The primary objective of the pre-stack merging and reprocessing of the Twelve (12) differently oriented 3D data sets is to obtain a single seamless 3D data set with application of uniform processing parameters on full pre-stack merged single volume. The pre-stack merged single volume must have Zero time shifts in the overlapping regions, and be consistent in terms of continuity, amplitudes and resolution. Furthermore, an enhancement in the S/N ratio and frequency band width is required.
项目目标：
1. Obtain consistent fold coverage and remove time shifts in the overlapping regions.
2. Obtain noise free, high quality 3D seismic data with enhanced S/N Ratio and improved frequency band width.
3. Obtain reliable well to seismic tie for existing wells in the area. A number of wells, almost in all individual 3D surveys, with VSP are available for the project area.
4. Define accurate Reflector Character in terms of vertical and horizontal resolution & continuity.
5. Identify and map major and minor Normal faults with respect to shallow and deep Exploration/Development targets. Fault definition is extremely critical in the projectarea.
6. To have unified data set in terms of broadband preserved amplitude, phase, frequency and statics to be used for structural/stratigraphic interpretation, inversion and AVO etc.
7. Our target horizons lie at the TWT (Two Way Time from SRD at MSL) as interpreted on the individual 3D seismic data sets as under:
1000 ms – 1600 ms (Upper sands of Lower Goru Formation)
1530 ms – 2100 ms (Intermediate sands of Lower Goru Formation)
2200 ms – 2600 ms (Strong character of Chiltan Limestone)

Technical Requirement:
1. The contractor must have experience of undertaking 3D seismic data processing projects of extensional regimes analogous to Lower Indus Basin of Pakistan. The bidders shall include detail of their experience of undertaking 3D seismic data processing projects in chronological order.
2. The contractor must have state of the art processing facilities including 3D seismic data processing software, hardware and qualified/experienced man power. The bidders shall include list of professionals undertaking the project and their CVs entailing complete job description.
3. The contractor must have workable project schedule and turnaround time. The bidders should submit project schedule in the form of Gantt chart.
4. The contractor must provide schedule for OGDCL professional participation in the 3D seismic data pre-stack merging and reprocessing project aiming at QC of the processing steps and skill transfer. Consultant should provide a work program phase wise for the participation of OGDCL professionals in line with Annexure-VII, Technical Evaluation Cat. No.4. OGDCL will bear all such costs. However, bidder will provided invitation letter for visa facilitation purpose. Any delay due to visa, air tickets etc. will, however, be accommodated by the contractor.
