Requirement Note:
1. The bidder will submit valid API-8C Certification on Swivel Specs, in the name of the OEM.
2. The bidder should provide his last 5 years sale record made in Oil Well Drilling Industry with complete references, address and contact numbers. Incomplete information in this connection will be rejected.
3. The bidder should provide one year warranty from date of installation or 18 months from date of shipment against miss fitness & bad performance at the time of use on relevant equipments.
4. In case the bidder and the manufacturer are different, then the bidder must provide an original Authority letter/ OEM certificate from the manufacturer with the technical bid.
5. During Technical/ Financial Evaluation any commitments, Revising Agreed between the indenter & Bidder will be the part of P.O.
