投标资质：
1. Financial Criteria
The annual turnover of the bidders during any of the preceding three financial years should be at least USD 63415. Audited balance sheet and profit & loss accounts should be attached as a documentary support towards this requirement. Published Annual report shall also be acceptable.
2. Technical Criteria
i) Bidder should be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or its authorized representative of indented items. Bidder to furnish documentary evidence in support of the same from OEM.
ii) The offered make / model shall be in operation at Petroleum Refinery / Petrochemical /Fertilizers / Power Plants with proven performance track record (PTR) of continuous trouble free operation for one year in the period of last five years, from the date of schedule of technical bid opening.
3. Commercial Experience Criteria
i) Three similar completed orders each consisting not less than USD 31708.
ii) One similar completed orders each consisting not less than USD 52846.
