资质要求：
a) to have an average annual turnover for the last 3 (three) years in the amount of not less than 2,000,000 US dollars;
b) to have an average annual scope of performed work similar by nature to the subject of the Tender (Time processing and PSDM of 3D seismic data) for the past three (3) years (2013-2015) in amount of not less than five thousand (5,000) square kilometers per annum;
c) to have relevant technical capacities to secure timely contract execution: computer of cluster-type with not less than 1000 clusters (calculation in monoprocessors (cores) – in site of processing);
d) to have state-of-the-art software for standard Processing and TTI Pre-Stack Depth Migration of land seismic data;
e) to complete at least three migration projects in 2013-2015 for data from Middle East (3D, land);
f) to have at least the Bachelor`s degree of Technical Education and intermediate level of English for the Project Team.
g) to appoint as Project Manager an experienced specialist whose duration of service in similar work and in same position is not less than 3 (three) years, with high geophysical or geological education;
h) to appoint as Team Leader, as Project Geophysicist an experienced specialists whose duration of service in similar work and in same position is not less than 3 (three) years, with high geophysical or geological education;
i) to organize dedicated Processing group for Project accomplishing, which contains at least three persons – Team Leader, Project Geophysicist, Geophysicist – for whole duration of contract. To assign to Project: Project Manager, Time processing Supervisor, Depth Imaging Supervisor – for whole duration of contract;
j) if work related to Contract performance refers to licensed activities, to have appropriate licenses; or to have a preliminary agreement to participate as Subcontractors of companies that have such required licenses;
k) to have certified equipment and qualified personnel.
