项目名称：Provision of logistics service for a batch of CIF shipments from port of Iraq to Alwaha jobsite in Iraq in 2016
招标内容：
The CONTRACTOR shall establish well connection with shipper to ensure there is no any storage charge and demurrage happening after shipment arrives at Port of Discharge. Contractor shall be also responsible for Cargo Importation Documentation and government approval; Shore Shifting; Customs Clearance; Inland Transportation in Iraq.
资质预审：
1. General introduction of the Participants
a) Company Profile (including relevant information on size of business, company introduction, technological capacity, scope of business and quality assurance capability etc.) and Qualification certificate
b) AGENT shall make a presentation for the new Iraqi Customs Regulation which is going to impact AL WAHA’s cargo importation. The presentation shall explain in details that what’s the full procedure and time for the levy exemption and customs clearance. And what’s the working flow AGENT suggests between AL WAHA and AGENT.
2. Professional qualification documents of the participants
a) AGENT shall provide the C.V. of their representatives to show the personal experience to execute the work properly.
b) AGENT shall also provide its Organization Chart of Iraqi business. Particular the AGENT shall hire or contract one person who is certified by Iraqi Customs Office with the official Certificate in each South Custom Office, UQP Custom Office. The CV of the certified persons shall be provided.
c) AGENT shall provide tax–paid certificate issued by tax general commission of Iraq in the past three years.
3. If hydraulic trailer equipment owned by AGENT self or for rent.
4. AGENT shall provide AL WAHA its HSE Policy & Contingency Plan of inland transportation. The Proposal of the AGENT with no HSE Policy & Contingency Plan or the Plan is not acceptable will be rejected by AL WAHA.
5. Historical performance of customer clearance and transportation both at home and abroad in recent 5 years.
6. Audit reports and financial statements audited by a third party professional audit agency in recent three years (with stamp) andBank credit certificates.
7. Other materials should be supplemented if needed
