i-Opener Cycle Open
- 具有大通径,液体流动面积最大;
- 一旦激活,通道内不需要套筒等工具;
- 允许套管测压大于开启压力;
- 可定制的安全隔板与剪切销钉;
- 拥有开启滑套的冗余流道;
- 兼容行业标准的封隔塞;
- 不受限制的大过流面积减少了堵塞风险;
- 确保压裂前套管的完整性;
- 更准确的激活压力;
i-Opener Time Delay
- 可定制的延迟时间,具有多个延时窗口;
- 每个延时窗口内,可执行无限数量的压力循环;
- 完全兼容裸眼完井与套管固井完井;
- 可预测的过流面积,以建立循环;
- 根据ISO 14998 V0验证等级,该滑套符合井筒屏障的标准;
- 将套管压力测试与启动流动操作分离;
- 在不影响尾管完整性的前提下,允许井内进行多次压力循环;
- 可作为多种多级压裂系统的组件;
- 滑套将所有流动通道同时暴露于地层;
- 大过流面积的通道,可提高泵送效率,并能够执行趾端的压裂作业;
- 可作为下部完井段中合格的井筒屏障,以提高完井效率;

The Defender
The Defender is a cementable multistage frac valve that is actuated by internal pressure. Ideal for acid or proppant stimulations, single-point entry completions or completions with high stage counts, and formations with a high frequency of screenouts or water shutoff concerns, the Defender is usable in both cemented and openhole applications. Additionally, the Defender does not rely on formation pressure for initiation, can be run with hydraulically activated or swellable packers, and can be used in an unlimited number of stages.

- Unlimited number of stages
The i-Opener Cycle Open
The i-Opener Cycle Open (CO) toe sleeve is designed for use in horizontal multi-zone completions as the primary initiation point to establish injection into the formation without the need for intervention. Useful for first-stage fracs, toe initiation for plug-and-perf and sleeve systems, and both cemented and openhole horizontal multistage completions, the i-Opener CO ensures casing integrity before fracturing begins, provides greater accuracy for activation pressure, and is debris tolerant during activation.
The i-Opener CO allows the operator to test the casing multiple times at a higher pressure than required to open the sleeve. Once activated, the high-flow area through the ports allows injection of the fluid to support plug-and-perf operations or stimulation of the first frac stage.
The i-Opener CO Toe Sleeve has redundant burst disks to protect the inner components of the sleeve from debris and cement during installation. The tool functions on exceeding the absolute pressure rating applied to the rupture disks. Once disks are ruptured, two casing tests are performed. Pressure applied the fourth time to the casing shifts the sleeve, opening the injection ports, and providing communication to the reservoir. Once opened, the sleeve locks open to provide full opening through ports.
Features and benefits
- Large I.D. through the tool
- No inner sleeve between ports once activated
- Allows casing test higher than opening pressure
- Engineered rupture disks versus shear screws
- Redundant flow path to open sleeve
- Compatible with industry standard wiper plugs
- Unrestricted large flow area reduces plugging potential
- Ensures casing integrity before fracturing begins
- Greater accuracy for activation pressure
- Debris tolerant during activation
The i-Opener Time Delay
The i-Opener™ CEM TD (Time Delay) is a remotely actuated toe sleeve that is used to establish one or multiple circulation paths from the completion to the reservoir. The i-Opener (CEM) TD is used as a time and cost saving alternative to conventional toe perforating methods, and in applications requiring multiple pressure cycles and full casing pressure testing. In multi-stage frac applications, the i-Opener TD can be used to hydraulically frac the first stage and/or establish injectivity allowing frac balls or plugs to be pumped to the lower completion. The time delay mechanics in the i-Opener TD can be tailored to fit each application to allow for short or long opening delays in a wide range of pressures and temperatures. This capability allows for an unlimited number of high pressure cycles, in heavy fluids, to be performed without operating the i-Opener. After the required high-pressure operations are completed the i-Opener TD can be opened at lower pressure, even in lighter fluids where required.
The unique features of the i-Opener TD allows for multiple hydraulic pressure events in the well to set liner hangers, and to pressure test the liner and/ or upper completion without risking premature opening of the toe. The i-Opener CEM TD is designed to allow validation testing according to ISO 14998, V0 rating, making it suitable for wells where the lower completion is required to be part of the well barrier
