资格预审时间：
Invitation for submission for prequalification shall remain opened until 31st December of 2019 till 16:00 (Serbian local time).

资格预审文件投递方式：
Application delivery: Applications should be submitted in a sealed envelope (1 original and 1 copy – in hard copy version and electronic version on 2 compact discs – CD). Electronic version of Application must be designed so that each document – segment of the application – shall be a separate file on the CD.

Envelopes must contain Bidder’s name and information as follows:

stating:
