3. Kelly Cock, lower, 5-1/4”- 4-3/4”OD X 2-1/4”- 1-3/4”ID, 10000Psi WP, with 3-1/2” API IF RH BOX X Pin connection. Conforming to API Specs 7-1. Quantity: 20.

Terms Notification:
1. The manufacture of Kelly cocks must have at least 20 years Experience of Manufacturing Kelly cocks and have active approval of API 7/7-1. In this regard, the latest / Active API 7/7-1 certificate for manufacturing Kelly cocks (valves) along with consecutive 15 years back API 7/7-1 should be submitted with technical offer.
2. Bidder/ manufacturer should provide the complete detail description of offer items. Incomplete description will not be accepted.
3. All Kelly cocks should be packed in box as per International Standard Packing.
4. All equipment should be brand new and un-used. Confirmation to this effect should be provided in the bid.
5. Technical literature of the offered Kelly cocks should be provided in the bid.
6. Authority letter in original from the manufacturer covering Warrenty/ Guarantee for offered Kelly cocks for period of 1-1/2 year from date of shipment should be furnished with technical offer.
7. Authority letter in original from the manufacturer to bidder and from bidder to local agent for offered Kelly cocks with tender enquiry number must be furnished with the technical offer. The authority letter must be on company letter head, showing the name and contact details of the signing authority.
8. All bidders are required to submit complete specisications of the offered Kelly cocks as per manufacture’s standard.
9. The successful bidder will be required to furnish mill inspection certificate of Kelly cocks with shipping documents. Confirmation to this effect should be provided in technical offer.
10. Evaluation criteria will be full consignment basis.
11. Delivery required within two months after establishment of L.C.C&F Karachi by sea.
