Erdogan和I. 曹海斌 摘译自 Neftegaz.RU 原文如下: Star refinery in Turkey released the first batch of products Moscow, IA Neftegaz.RU. At the refinery ( refinery ) STAR in the Turkish province of Izmir completed testing equipment. The plant is gradually being commissioned and will reach its design capacity, presumably at the beginning of 2019. According to him, the refinery has already produced the first batch of products to be put on the market in January 2019. The CEO recalled that the construction of an oil refinery in Izmir is estimated at $ 6.3 billion, and it has become one of the largest investment projects in Turkish history. The presidents of Turkey and Azerbaijan R. Erdogan and I. Aliyev attended the opening of the Star refinery . The total refining capacity of the plant will be 10 million tons and SOCAR is the main supplier of raw materials of the enterprise. The refinery was designed to meet the future needs of Turkey in refined products. The commissioning of the Star refinery will reduce Turkish imports of liquid fuels and petrochemical products. Fuel consumption in Turkey is growing at an average rate of 4% / year, incl. diesel fuel – by 7%. Star refinery will produce 5 million tons of diesel fuel , 1.6 million tons of aviation fuel, 1.6 million tons of naphtha, 700 thousand tons of petroleum coke, 300 thousand tons of LNG, 160 thousand tons / year of sulfur, etc. Diesel, jet fuel and LNG will be supplied to the local market. Thus, the plant’s contribution to reducing the current account deficit in Turkey will amount to $ 1.6 billion. After the refinery is put into operation, 1.1 thousand people will work there. In December 2018 , it became known that SOCAR will invest another $ 120 million in Star refineries to build additional storage facilities for oil and oil products. There are other SOCAR projects on the Aliaga peninsula – the Petkim petrochemical plant, the container port of Petlim and a terminal for storing liquid fuel. The Star refinery will fully meet the demand of the Petkim petrochemical complex for naphtha and mixed xylene, and will also allow SOCAR to enter the Mediterranean market with its diesel fuel and jet fuel, as well as raw materials for the chemical industry. Therefore, for the specified area of the Aliaga peninsula, it is planned to receive the status of a private industrial zone.
