曹海斌 摘译自 Neftegaz.RU 原文如下: NOVATEK signed a memorandum of understanding with Saibu Gas on the use of the Hibiki LNG terminal Moscow Neftegaz.RU. NOVATEK and Japanese Saibu Gas Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU). The signed non-binding MoU reinforces the intentions of the parties to consider the possibilities of potential cooperation in entering the end-user market and optimizing the supply of liquefied natural gas ( LNG ) produced by NOVATEK to the countries of the Asia-Pacific region (APR) through the use of Hibiki LNG terminal facilities ) in Japan. The first deputy head of NOVATEK, L. Feodosyev, was astute:- the markets of the Asia-Pacific countries are a priority for LNG projects of Novatek;- The use of LNG terminal Hibiki will contribute to the diversification of the consumer base and increase the flexibility of deliveries to the premium LNG markets. South of Japan for cooperation was not chosen by chance. n conjunction with the NOVATEK LNG terminal in Kamchatka , the Hibiki LNG terminal creates a logically convenient route for delivering LNG to the Asia-Pacific countries. The Hibiki Regasification LNG Terminal is located at Kitakyushu, a major city in the north of Kyushu Island in southern Japan. t was commissioned in November 2014.Capacity 7.5 million tons / year.It has 2 tanks with a capacity of 180 thousand tons of LNG. The Hibiki LNG terminal supplies natural gas to households and large industrial consumers in the northern part of the island via gas pipelines. The LNG terminal is located on the Hibikinada coast (Hibikinada), which implies easy access to the Sea of Japan and the East China Sea.The structure of the LNG terminal can take gas tankers – gas carriers of any size.
