石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯12月20日消息，Exillon能源公司周四表示，公司旗下子公司Lanach已经同意斥资3200万美元从Prodyline咨询公司手中收购New Pechora能源公司67%股权。
Exillon能源公司表示，该交易将帮助建立公司的资源基地。New Pechora能源公司在俄罗斯Luzskoye油田从事石油生产，Exillon能源公司估计该油田的储量规模中等。

The company said the deal helps build its resource base. New Pechora is engaged in oil production from the Luzskoye field in Russia, which Exillon described as a medium-sized deposit.
