Vero conventional systems
Used on land and shallow-water rigs, the vero system for conventional operations makes up and breaks out casing and completion strings.
After manually positioning the system, the operator pushes a button. Then the system automatically controls the final makeup speeds, detects shoulder torques, and evaluates connections
Vero mechanized systems
For deepwater applications, the vero system for mechanized operations includes a hands-free positioning system and remote controller.
The operator starts the makeup process with just a single click from the control room. Using onboard sensors and programming logic, the system computer automates the entire process, from positioning at well center to making up and evaluating the connection.
