Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak is due to attend the joint OPEC-non-OPEC ministerial monitoring committee (JMMC) this weekend which is due to discuss the situation on the global oil market. Other oil companies attending the Thursday meeting with Novak included Rosneft, Lukoil, Gazprom Neft and Tatneft.
