Diesel and gasoline will be released from stocks in southern Germany, most notably Cologne, Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Baden-Wurttemberg, and Bavaria. Meanwhile, jet fuel will be released from stocks in Frankfurt, Cologne, and other parts of southern Germany.
