Novatek is building a consortium of partners ahead of green-lighting the development. French oil giant Total SA took a 10% stake in May. “Aramco have been in the data room along with other companies,” Mr. Gyetvay told the Oil & Money 2018 conference in London. “They’re very interested in the project.”
