Shell is negotiating with the Russian state-controlled oil company about the Tazovskiy project in the country’s northern Yamal region, according to Reuters. The project has initial resources of 438 million tonnes of oil (3.2 billion barrels) and 186 billion cubic meters of gas, says Reuters.
