石油圈 中国石化新闻网讯 据TABNinfo.com网站9月12日瑞士苏黎世报道，总部位于瑞士的全球特种化学品行业领袖的科莱恩公司（Clariant）说，全球多元化化学品领袖的沙特基础工业公司（萨比克/Sabic）日前表示，萨比克已获准收购瑞士科莱公司的24.99%股份。
科莱恩公司在其公司网站上刊登的一份声明中表示：“未来几天将无条件结束此次收购。此次收购使萨比克成为科莱恩公司最大的战略锚定股东，也是除Sud-Chemie前股东集团以外的第二大锚定股东。”
萨比克是全球第三大多元化化学产品企业，也是科莱恩公司在Catalyst& Scientific Design合资企业中的长期合作伙伴。
萨比克在今年1月份就达成了收购科莱恩公司24.99%股份的收购协议。

Saudi Basic Industries Corp (Sabic), a global leader in diversified chemicals, has received approvals for the purchase of a 24.99 per cent stake in Clariant, the Swiss-based speciality chemicals leader said. “An unconditional closing of the purchase will take place in the next days which makes Sabic Clariant’s largest strategic anchor shareholder, and second anchor shareholder beside the group of former shareholders of Süd-Chemie,” Clariant said in a statement on its website.
