石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯8月31日消息，俄罗斯卢克石油公司周四表示，公司已经开始实施股票回购计划，从今年9月至2022年12月30日期间将回购高达30亿美元的股票。 卢克石油表示，股票回购计划的目的是减少公司的资本，购买将由全资子公司卢克石油保险公司实施。 张春晓 摘译自 道琼斯 原文如下： Lukoil Announces Start of $3 Billion Share-Buyback Program Lukoil PJSC (LKOH.MZ) said Thursday that it has started a share-buyback program to purchase depositary receipts for up to $3 billion, which will last from September this year until Dec. 30, 2022.
The Russian oil company said the purpose of the program is to reduce the capital of the company. Purchases will be made by its wholly owned subsidiary Lukoil Securities Ltd.
