FracPlane专利系统使用定射角射孔技术将裂缝起始点限定在近井筒的同一平面上。通过横向连接到裂缝平面,每个孔道都可为裂缝输送压裂流体,从而将井筒尺寸造成的差异最小化。

每簇射孔数确定后,每个FracPlane系统都将射孔孔眼设定在优选的裂缝方向上,平衡井眼上下方的过流面积。每个孔道都为压裂液提供流动通路,井眼可以通过每个孔道生产油气。

Connex反应射孔
无论岩石属于哪种类型,CONNEX反应射孔都可形成干净、畅通的孔道。每个孔道具有自洁功能,不受其他孔道影响,因此清洁孔道的比例更大,且可在未损坏的储层与井筒之间形成理想的流动通路。
上图可以清晰看到CONNEX提供的孔道几何形状和质量有明显改进。孔道周围没有更多的破碎区,没有压实的填充物,只形成一个宽阔、干净的通道。注意裂缝尖端,这是一个非常有利于油气流入的特征。

工作原理
GEODynamics的CONNEX射孔弹使用活性金属产生二次反应,以清除射孔区内的压实区。沿孔道分布的专利射孔弹衬套材料在遇到热和压力时会发生放热反应。该反应在孔道内和周围产生巨大的压力,将破碎区压实的碎片打碎并返排到井筒中。在合适的岩石中,孔道尖端也可形成裂缝。

The patented FracPlane system uses angled perforations to place fracture initiation points on the same plane near wellbore. By connecting transversely to the fracture planes, every hole feeds the fracture, and variations due to hole size are minimized. For longitudinal fracture planes we recommend orienting your perforation clusters.
Shot configurations available: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, and 14 shot designs. This system is optimized to be run without orientation.

Once the number of shots in a cluster is set, each FracPlane? system provides the best opportunity to place a perforation in the preferred fracture direction, and balances the flow area above and below the well. Each perforation feeds your frac, and the well can produce through each perf.

Connex Reactive Perforating
CONNEX、 Reactive Perforating delivers clean, open tunnels independent of rock type. Every tunnel receives its own cleaning action, independent of other perforations, resulting in a much greater percentage of clean tunnels and ideal flow path between undamaged reservoir and the wellbore.
CONNEX products deploy in standard hardware. Gun performance and wellbore integrity are unaffected. Penetration into stressed rock is equivalent to GEODynamics’ industry-leading RAZOR? charges.
HOW IT WORKS
GEODynamics’ CONNEX charges use reactive metals create a secondary reaction to clear out the compaction zone in a perforating zone. Patented charge liner material deposited along the tunnel reacts exothermically when introduced to heat and pressure. This reaction creates significant pressure within and around the tunnel, breaking up and expelling the crushed zone compacted debris back into the well bore. In sufficiently competent rock, fractures are also formed at the tunnel tip.

WHAT UNDERBALANCE
Unlike traditional underbalanced perforating, the effectiveness of CONNEX? systems is not dependent on rock properties, wellbore or formation pressures. Debris is expelled independently from every tunnel, even across the most heterogeneous intervals. Systems designed to enhance underbalance are no longer required, making wireline perforating an affordable and effective solution in most cases.
