石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯7月6日消息，挪威国家石油公司Equinor周五表示，公司已经同意斥资4亿欧元（4.674亿美元）收购丹麦能源贸易公司丹斯克大宗商品公司（Danske Commodities），因为挪国油正在由一家上游油气公司转型成为一家业务广泛的能源公司。
丹麦丹斯克大宗商品公司是一家短期电力的贸易商，在短期天然气交易中很活跃，并提供能源市场服务。

Equinor ASA (EQNR.OS) said Friday that it has agreed to buy Danish energy trading company Danske Commodities for 400 million euros ($467.4 million) as it transitions from an upstream oil-and-gas company to becoming a broad energy company. Denmark-based Danske Commodities is a short-term electricity trader, is active in short-term gas trading and provides energy-market services. Equinor said it is building a material industrial position in profitable renewable energy, and expects to invest 15%-20% of its capital expenditure in new energy solutions by 2030.
