石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯5月1日消息，挪威国家石油公司Statoil周一表示，公司已经同意将英国Alba油田中所持有的17%的股权出售给Verus石油公司。 雪佛龙公司负责作业的Alba油田位于英国北海中部地区，挪国油是在1995年参与其中。截止当前，该油田已经生产约4.2亿桶石油。2017年挪国油在该油田的份额油约为2300桶/天。 该交易还有待合作伙伴以及监管机构的批准。 唐绍红 摘译自 道琼斯 原文如下： Statoil Sells 17% Stake in UK Oil Field to Verus Petroleum Norway’s Statoil said Monday that it has agreed to sell its 17% non-operated interest in U.K. oil field Alba to Verus Petroleum. Chevron Corp. (CVX)-operated Alba is in the U.K. Central North Sea that Statoil entered in 1995. To date, the field has produced around 420 million barrels of oil. Statoil’s equity production in 2017 was around 2,300 barrels per day. The deal is subject to partner and regulatory approval.
