石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据普氏能源资讯4月20日新加坡报道，根据一份标普全球普氏能源资讯看到的官方文件，中国商务部最近把今年剩余时间里年进口496万桶原油的进口配额授予了4家独立炼油厂。 这是4家独立炼油厂能够引入原油进口的最后一步。 普氏能源资讯的计算结果显示，这最新原油进口配额的授出使得年初至今分配给36个独立炼油厂的配额达到了9541万吨，比去年分配给32家独立炼油厂的原油进口配额总数7470万吨增加了27.7%。 到目前为止，中国36家独立炼油厂被允许年加工1.0429亿吨进口原油。 李峻 编译自 普氏能源资讯 原文如下： China grants 4.96 mil mt/year crude import quotas to 4 independent refineries China’s Ministry of Commerce has recently awarded a combined 4.96 million mt/year crude oil import quotas to four independent refineries for the rest of 2018, according to an official document seen by S&P Global Platts.
This is the last step for these four independent refiners to be able to bring in crude imports.
The latest award brings year-to-date quotas allocated to 36 independent refineries at 95.41 million mt, up 27.7% from a total 74.7 million mt allocated to 32 refineries in 2017, Platts calculations showed.
So far, the 36 independent refineries are allowed to process a combined 104.29 million mt/year of imported crude.
