石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯4月12日消息，英国石油公司(BP)周四表示，公司已与巴西国家石油公司(Petrobras)签订协议，在巴西国内外市场发掘双方共同感兴趣的领域。 BP表示，两家公司已承诺在上游、下游、贸易和低碳行动方面探索潜在的联合商业协议。 BP称，上述联盟预计还将包含技术转让，以及联合培训和研发。 唐绍红 摘译自 道琼斯 原文如下： DJ BP, Petroleo Brasileiro Form Strategic Alliance BP PLC (BP.LN) said Thursday that it has signed an agreement with Petroleo Brasileiro S/A (PBR) to explore areas of mutual interest, both inside and outside of Brazil. BP said the two companies have committed to exploring potential joint commercial agreements in upstream, downstream, trading and across low-carbon initiatives. The alliance is also expected to include the transfer of technology as well as joint training and research, BP said.
