Petronas’s unit, Malaysia LNG Sdn Bhd, will begin to supply the LNG to Tokyo Gas starting in April, with 500,000 metric tons annually for the first six years, to be followed by the possibility of a volume increase of up to 900,000 tons annually for the remaining extension period, Petronas said in a statement.
