石油圈据普氏能源资讯网伦敦1月13日消息，伊拉克石油部长Jabbar al-Luaibi周六表示，虽然伊拉克将遵守欧佩克减产协议的配额，但是该国的石油产能正接近于500万桶/日。
Luaibi表示，伊士兰国（IS）军事组织已经破坏了伊拉克北部约70%的石油基础设施，并点火焚烧了65口油井，但随着该军事组织被驱赶出去后，伊拉克的石油产能正在快速反弹。
据标准普尔全球普氏能源咨询欧佩克最新调查报告显示，12月份伊拉克的石油产量达到441万桶/日。

The Islamic State militant group had destroyed about 70% of Iraq’s oil infrastructure in the north and set fire to 65 wells, Luaibi said, but with the militant group driven out of the country, Iraq is quickly rebounding. Iraq produced 4.41 million b/d of crude in December, according to the latest S&P Global Platts OPEC survey. Eventually, Iraq aims to hit 7 million b/d, he said.
