石油圈 中国石化新闻网讯 据普氏能源资讯网伦敦12月19日消息，据周二发布在俄罗斯经济部网站的信息显示，明年1月份俄罗斯苯、甲苯和二甲苯（BTX）出口关税将连续第五个月上调。
明年1月俄罗斯BTX出口关税将比今年12月份上调6%达到33.4美元/吨。
而原油出口关税税率仍将维持在原油价格30%的比例，与2017年保持不变。明年1月，俄罗斯原油出口关税将升至111.4美元/吨。
明年1月俄罗斯有些原油种类（包括来自于东西伯利亚和里海油田的原油）和一些炼油产品（如乙烷和丙烷）仍将实行自2015年1月以来的零出口关税。
张春晓 摘译自 普氏能源咨询 原文如下： Russian export duties on BTX to continue rising in January: ministry Russian export duties on benzene, toluene and xylenes are set to increase in January for a fifth consecutive month, according to the information published on the website of the Economy Ministry Tuesday.
The duties will increase by 6% month on month to $33.40/mt.
The duties will remain at 30% of the crude export duty, the same proportion as in 2017.Export duties on crude are set to rise to $111.40/mt in January.
Export duties for some sorts of crude — from Eastern Siberia and Caspian sea fields — and certain refined products, such as ethane and butane, will remain at zero next month. These have remained at zero since January 2015.
