石油圈 中国石化新闻网讯 据彭博社莫斯科12月11日报道，诺瓦泰克（PAO Novatek）宣布已经签署了一项协议，从石油公司“Mangazeya”JSC收购OOO Chernichnoye。 该交易预计在2018年初结束。 OOO Chernichnoye拥有Chernichnoye油田的油气勘探和生产许可证，位于诺瓦泰克的基础设施附近。 根据截至2016年12月31日的俄罗斯资源分类，该许可证估计含有1.79亿桶油当量。

The transaction is expected to close in early 2018. OOO Chernichnoye holds the hydrocarbon exploration and production license for Chernichnoye field, located in close proximity to Novatek’s infrastructure. The license contains estimated hydrocarbon resources of 179 MMboe, according to the Russian resource classification as of Dec. 31, 2016.
