But no firm decisions have yet been reached, Jabbar al-Luaibi told delegates at the Gulf Intelligence Energy Markets Forum in Fujairah.
It would be “premature” to make any changes to the agreement, seven months before its March expiry, he said.
” We sense the improvement in the market. It is better than last year,” Luaibi said.
