石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据安迅思新闻莫斯科9月12日消息，据MRC ScanPlast称，今年1-8月，俄罗斯聚氯乙烯（PVC）产量同比增长16%达到57.74万吨。
今年俄罗斯PVC产量大幅增长的主要原因是去年2-7月份 SayanskKhimPlast公司的PVC装置经历了长时间的非计划停工，而今年没有发生这种情况。
8月份俄罗斯PVC产量从7月份时的6.31万吨降至4.65万吨。

PVC output in Russia up 16% in the first eight months of the year
Russia’s overall production of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grew by 16% year on year in the first eight months of 2017, totalling 577,400 tonnes., according to MRC ScanPlast.
The reason for this year’s high level of production growth was a long forced outage at SayanskKhimPlast in February-July 2016 that didn’t happen this year.
In August alone, production of PVC in Russia dropped to 46,500 tonnes, down from 63,100 tonnes a month earlier.
