石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据油气在线休斯敦8月2日消息，奥地利OMV公司已经向总部设在伦敦的Perenco公司出售了突尼斯Ashtart海洋油田50%股权，具体的价格没有透露。
去年OMV在这个位于加贝斯海湾的油田获得的平均份额油为3000桶标油/天。

The Austrian company’s average share of production from the Gulf of Gabes field last year was 3,000 boe/d. The transaction includes OMV’s 50% stake in the operating company SEREPT. Tunisian National Oil Co. holds 50% of Ashtart and SEREPT. Perenco operates El Franig, Baguel, and Tarfa gas and condensate fields in central Tunisia with 50% interests.
