石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯吉隆坡7月27日消息，泰国PTT勘探及开采公司（PTTEP）周四表示，公司将斥资5亿美元购买马来西亚国家石油公司Petronas的一个液化天然气（LNG）项目10%股权。 PTTEP还公布了上半年业绩报告，今年上半年公司实现净利润5.69亿美元，同比翻了一番多，主要是因为平均销售价格上涨，尽管销售量有所下滑。 PTTEP在公告中称，母公司PTT和公司已经联合建立了PTT全球LNG公司，而且购买马国油MLNG Train 9项目10%股权是该合资公司的首次投资。 PTTEP表示，马国油MLNG Train 9 是位于马来西亚的一个LNG液化工厂，当前拥有360万吨/年的产能。 庞晓华 摘译自 道琼斯 原文如下： DJ Thailand’s PTTEP to Buy 10% Stake in Petronas LNG Project PTT Exploration & Production PCL (PTT.TH), Thailand’s flagship petroleum explorer, said it would buy a 10% stake in a liquefied-natural-gas project of Malaysian national oil company Petroliam Nasional Bhd., or Petronas, for $500 million. PTTEP also disclosed first-half results Thursday. which showed a net profit of $569 million, more than double the figure a year ago, on higher average selling prices despite lower sales volume. PTTEP said in a statement that that its parent PTT and the company have jointly set up PTT Global LNG Co Ltd and buying a 10% stake in Petronas’ MLNG Train 9 project was the first investment under this joint venture. Petronas’ MLNG Train 9 is a LNG liquefaction plant in Malaysia with current capacity of 3.6 million tons per annum, according to PTTEP.
