石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯7月19日消息，荷兰银行能源经济学家Hans van Cleef表示，尽管当前石油市场弥漫着消极情绪，但是明年油价将复苏。不过在当前全球石油供应继续过剩的情况下，荷兰银行仍将今年布伦特油价预测从60美元/桶下调至57美元/桶。然而该行预测从明年下半年开始油价将开始反弹，因为届时石油市场将再平衡。这位能源经济学家预计2019年底油价将升至75美元/桶。 唐绍红 摘译自 道琼斯 原文如下： ABN Amro Sees Oil Prices Recovering Next Year Oil prices will recover next year despite the negative sentiment currently prevailing in the market, says Hans van Cleef, energy economist at at ABN Amro. The bank still lowers its 2017 Brent forecast down to $57 a barrel from $60 amid the continukng global glut of crude. However, the bank sees a price upturn from the second half of 2018 as the oil market rebalances. He expects prices to rise to $75 a barrel at year-end 2019.
