Researchers of Shengli Oilfield Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute Water Injection Post, concentrate their efforts on low permeability reservoirs and develop a series of molecular film augmented injection technology. So far it has been popularized and applied for 89 well times in multiple low permeability reservoir blocks of Shengli Oilfield, increasing 547,000 cubic meters of water injection and squeezing out nearly 20,000 tons of low permeability oil.
Up to now the technology has been popularized and applied for 89 well times in low permeability reservoirs of Shengli Ocean, Zhuangxi, Binan, Linpan and other oil production plants, including 19 well times of high temperature reservoir, 13 well times of high salinity reservoir, 31 well times of strong water-sensitive reservoir and 15 well times of ultra-low permeability reservoir. The success rate of implemented measures is 100%, with a 96.6% effective rate and a 305-day period of validity on average. The cumulative increased injection is 547,000 cubic meters, and the cumulative increased oil is nearly 20,000 tons. It provides a powerful technical support for the efficient development of low permeability reservoirs.
