石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据悉，日本JERA公司周四公告称，公司与韩国燃气公司以及中海油已经签署一份谅解备忘录，三方计划讨论在液化天然气（LNG）领域的合作机会。
根据谅解备忘录，三家公司将讨论在联合采购LNG、联合参与上游项目以及LNG船运和存储领域进行合作。
JERA是东京电力公司和中部电力公司的合资公司。该公司表示，谅解备忘录的签署将允许三家公司在传统的市场实践方面分享经验。

Japan’s JERA, S Korea’s Kogas, China’s CNOOC sign MOU on LNG business co-operation

Japan’s JERA Co, South Korea’s Korea Gas Corp, and China National Offshore Oil Corp have signed a memorandum of understanding to discuss opportunities of collaboration in the LNG business, according to a statement by JERA on Thursday.
Under the MOU, the three companies will discuss co-operation in joint procurement of LNG, joint participation in upstream projects, as well as co-operation in LNG shipping and storage.
JERA, a joint venture of Tokyo Electric Power Co. and Chubu Electric Power Co., said the MOU will allow the companies to share views on traditional market practices.
