石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯3月17日消息，伍德麦肯兹公司表示，在全球119家截止当前已经宣布今年支出计划的能源公司中，有99家增加了预算水平计划提高油气产量。包括雪佛龙和道达尔在内的几家大型能源公司下调了支出预算，但是规模较小的页岩油气生产商尤其是位于西德克萨斯州的生产商正在放松预算，今年计划增加支出250亿美元，比去年增加11%。

Many Oil Companies Loosen 2017 Budget
Of the 119 global energy firms that have announced spending so far this year, 99 are boosting their budgets to pump more oil and gas, according to Wood Mackenzie. Several big players, including Chevron (CVX) and Total SA of France (TOT) are lowering spending, but smaller shale drillers–particularly those in West Texas–are loosening purse-strings with plans to spend an extra $25B in 2017, an 11% increase over last year.
