Venezuela’s oil production fell below 2mn b/d for the first time since 2003, according to OPEC’s secondary sources. Output fell to 1.98mn b/d in February from 2.003mn in January, the cartel’s latest report shows. The country’s production needs to fall an additional 25,000 b/d to comply with OPEC’s supply cuts.
