石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯2月24日消息，Energy Aspects表示，如果从整体石油库存中扣除例如中国这样的新兴国家的用于填充战略石油储备的石油库存量，那么全球石油库存或小于预期。例如，中国石油库存增加了12.8亿桶，但是有2.85亿桶进入了战略石油储备。这家总部位于伦敦的咨询公司的分析师们表示：“我们认为战略石油储备是一次性的需求，这部分石油不会进入市场。”

Global Oil Stockpiles May Be Smaller Than Projected
Energy Aspects says global oil stockpiles may be smaller than projected if crude being used to fill strategic petroleum reserves in emerging nations such as China is deducted from the overall figure. For instance out of China’s 1.28 billion barrel build-up, 285 million barrels have gone into Beijing’s strategic petroleum reserve. “We describe this as one-off demand, not available for market use,” say analysts for the London-based consultancy firm.
