石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据彭博社2月20日迪拜报道，俄罗斯在去年12月超越沙特成为全球最大的原油生产国，此前两国均在全球产油国达成减产协议应对几十年来最严重的供应过剩之前，已开始限制产量迎接协议的生效。
据总部设在利雅得的联合石油数据库（JODI）本周一在其官方网站发布的数据显示，俄罗斯去年12月原油日产量为1049万桶/天，环比减少2.9万桶/天；而沙特的原油日产量从11月的1072万桶/天减至12月的1046万桶/天。这也是自2016年3月以来俄罗斯首次在产量上超越沙特。
沙特与其他欧佩克成员国11月底达成减产协议，计划自2017年1月1日起，在未来的6个月内减产120万桶/天，而沙特在此次减产计划中担当重任。包括俄罗斯在内的非欧佩克产油国承诺也将减产。自11月底以来，国际原油价格已上涨20%。

DUBAI (Bloomberg) — Russia overtook Saudi Arabia as the world’s largest crude producer in December, when both countries started restricting supplies ahead of agreed cuts with other global producers to curb the worst glut in decades.
Russia pumped 10.49 MMbopd in December, down 29,000 bpd from November, while Saudi Arabia’s output declined to 10.46 MMbopd from 10.72 MMbopd in November, according to data published Monday on the website of the Joint Organizations Data Initiative (JODI) in Riyadh. That was the first time Russia beat Saudi Arabia since March.
Saudi Arabia and fellow producers from the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries decided at the end of November to restrict supplies by 1.2 MMbopd for six months starting Jan. 1, with Saudi Arabia instrumental in the plan. Non-member producers, including Russia, pledged additional curbs. Brent crude prices have climbed about 20% since the end of November.
The U.S. was the third-largest producer, at 8.8 MMbopd in December compared with 8.9 MMbopd in November, according to JODI.
Saudi Arabia’s crude exports declined to 8 MMbopd in December, from 8.26 MMbopd, the biggest outflow for any month since May 2003, according to JODI data.
