石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据国外媒体2月16日莫斯科报道，俄气在莫斯科透露，俄气已同意与中石油在能源领域扩大战略合作。
俄气管理委员会主席米勒和中石油董事长王宜林讨论了在天然气储存领域的项目发展进展并签署了一项协议对创建地下储存设施进行岩土调查。
根据协议，双方计划对在黑龙江省深圳2-1气田、江苏省滁州盐洞和江苏省白驹含水层以及其他地区内创建的地下天然气储存设施评估地质、技术和经济条件。
双方还讨论了在中国燃气发电领域联合项目的前景并决定在2017年完成准备工作以便对一个试点项目做出投资决定。
米勒说，俄气和中石油之间的战略伙伴关系将继续推进。

Russia’s Gazprom has revealed that it has agreed to broaden its strategic cooperation in the energy sector with China’s CNPC.
Alexey Miller, chairman of the Gazprom management committee, and Wang Yilin, chairman of the board of directors of CNPC, discussed the progress in the development of projects in the field of natural gas storage and signed an agreement to conduct geotechnical surveys for the creation of UGS facilities.
Pursuant to the document, plans are in place to assess the geological, technological and economic conditions for creating underground gas storage facilities within the Shenzhen 2–1 field (Heilongjiang province), Chuzhou salt caverns (Jiangsu province), Baiju aquifers (Jiangsu province), and other areas.
The parties also addressed the prospects for joint projects in the field of gas-fired power generation in China and decided to complete preparatory work in 2017 in order to make the investment decision with regard to a pilot project.
“The strategic partnership between Gazprom and CNPC continues to advance,” Miller said.
