石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据国外媒体2月8日伦敦报道，在伦敦证券交易所上市的DDC公司日前透露，该公司时下正寻求耗资24.3亿挪威克朗收购美国石油巨头埃克森美孚公司麾下的挪威分公司埃索挪威公司的零售加油站网络。
此外，出售燃料和相关产品的DDC公司宣布，连同收购之日在银行的股票成本的全部报酬估计将用现金支付。
DDC公司补充说，这笔交易预计在2017年最后一个季度内完成。

DCC to acquire ExxonMobil’s retail petrol station network

London-listed DCC Plc revealed that it seeks to buy retail petrol station network of ExxonMobil’s Norwegian unit, Esso Norge AS, for 2.43 billion Norwegian crowns.
Moreover, DCC, which markets fuels and related goods, announced the overall consideration, along with the cost of stock in bank at the date of acquisition, is estimated to be paid in cash.
The company has also posted the transaction is predicted to be done in the final calendar quarter of 2017.
