WARDEN BALL DROP FRAC PLUG
Warden ball drop frac plug The Peak Completions Warden Frac Plug is an allcomposite body frac plug for temporary zonal isolation in both vertical and horizontal wells. The Warden uses our proprietary MPS Slip Technology and can be deployed on wireline or tubing using conventional pump-down methods.
In the Frac plug version, the hollow core remains open to allow wireline pump down work to continue above. A ball is then dropped from the surface and pumped down until it seats on the tool. Once the ball is seated, the operator can pressure up against the plug, creating zonal isolation.
The Warden features a patent pending design and our proprietary MPS Slip Design. MPS stands for Managed Particle Size and is a novel convention in slip design, eliminating large slip components and reducing the risk of sticking a drill out BHA. Our MPS technology combined with our extensive experience and expertise provides a smooth, quick drill out using either conventional tubing or coiled tubing.
The Warden can also be configured as a caged ball frac plug or bridge plug using a field-adjustable screw-in adapter. If faster pump-down speeds are required, the Warden allows the addition of a pump-down ring.

Setting Adapter Kit
The Warden is set with a universal setting sleeve and shear sleeve adapter. The setting kits can be run on any wireline setting tool or tubing run hydraulic setting tool with either Baker #10, Baker #20 or 3 GO connections. The tool’s antipreset design keeps plug from setting while running in hole.
FRACDART FRAC PLUG
The Peak Completions’FracDart Frac Plug is an all-composite body frac plug for temporary zonal isolation in both vertical and horizontal wells. The plug uses our proprietary Segmented Composite Slip Technology and can be deployed on wireline or tubing using conventional pump-down methods.
Once set, the large inner diameter hollow core remains open to allow wireline operators to continue work above. A ball is then dropped from the surface and pumped down until it seats on the tool. Once the ball is seated, the operator can pressure up against the plug, creating zonal isolation. Using Peak’s patent-pending technology, our engineers are able to use the absolute minimum amount of material, maximize the ID and use 70% of the required volume of composite material compared to all competitor’s composite plugs.
The FracDart features a patent pending design and our Segmented Composite Slip layout that is a novel convention in slip arrangement, eliminating large slip components and reducing the risk of sticking a drill out BHA. Our slip technology combined with our extensive experience and expertise provides a smooth, quick drill out using either conventional tubing or coiled tubing.
PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS
1.All Composite Construction with Segmeted Composite Slip Technology;
2.Compact size provides easy installation and minimizes total material;
3.Anti-preset setting equipment prevents plug from setting while running in the hole;
4.Allows flowback from below the plug through Large ID compared to standard frac plugs;
5.Drill out times of 5 – 10 minutes or less;
6.Less than 15” Overall Length in set position;
7.500+% more flow area through large ID than comparable composite frac plugs;
8.Large Inner Diameters help to aid in cleanup of screen outs;
