石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯莫斯科12月14日消息，中国主权财富基金丝路基金已经达成协议计划购买俄罗斯天然气加工与石化公司西布尔10%股份。
此前在2015年底，中国石化也达成购买西布尔10%股份的协议。
丝路基金将成为西布尔的财务投资者，将向西布尔董事会任命一名董事。
西布尔董事长兼俄罗斯第二大天然气生产商诺瓦克公司首席执行长Leonid Mikhelson出席了协议签字仪式。丝路基金在诺瓦克公司北极液化天然气项目Yamal LNG拥有9.9%的股份。

China Sovereign Fund Buys 10% of Russia’s Sibur Gas Processor

MOSCOW–China’s Silk Road Fund, a sovereign wealth fund, has struck a deal to buy a 10% stake in Sibur, a Russian gas-processing and petrochemicals company.
The move follows a deal at the end of 2015 under which China’s state-owned Sinopec Group also took a stake of 10% in Sibur.
The Silk Road Fund will be a financial investor and will be able to nominate a representative to Sibur’s board of directors.
The signing ceremony was attended by Leonid Mikhelson, chairman of Sibur’s board of directors and the chief executive of OAO Novatek, Russia’s second-largest gas producer. Silk Road Fund has a 9.9% stake in Novatek’s Arctic liquefied natural gas project Yamal LNG.
