1、项目背景介绍
The People’s Republic of Bangladesh has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Natural Gas Infrastructure and Efficiency Improvement Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to eligible bidders and no nationality restrictions apply, other than any restrictions arising from ITB 4.7 including ISRAEL.

2、采购内容介绍
The Gas Transmission Company Limited (GTCL) (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of Anti-Corrosion Coated Line Pipe (36″ OD, API 5LX70), Station Pipes and Casing Pipe.
(a)A brief description of the goods and related services is as follows:

(b)Qualification Criteria for Bidders:
1）Contractual Experience: Successful completion as main supplier within the last 05 (five) years, of at least 02 contracts each valued at US$58.00 million with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply described in Section 6 (Schedule of Supply).
2)Technical Experience: The Bidder shall demonstrate that the goods offered have been in production for at least 05 (five) years, and sold a minimum of 200 km Line Pipe of similar type and specification over the last 05 (five) years and been in operation for a minimum of 05 (five) years.
3)Size of Operation (Average Annual Turnover): The Bidder shall have minimum average annual turnover of US$85.00 million over the last 05 (five) years.

3、International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.

•Pay a non-refundable fee of BDT 20,000.00 or US$ 250.00 by Pay Order/Demand Draft in favour of Gas Transmission Company Limited (GTCL) from 1 August 2016 during office hours on all working days.
