Surestack
Suretech’s patent pending Surestack system provides operators with an effective alternative to the ball seat milling or drilling process associated with conventional multistage fracturing systems while saving up to 40% on post fracturing workover time. Surejet
The Surejet Abrasive Jet Fracturing System brings proven reliability and efficiency in North American annular fracturing operations. As an economical alternative to coiled tubing fracturing sleeves, the system requires no auxiliary liner equipment and works effectively in sand-laden environments providing on-the-fly pinpoint fracturing.
Surejet is capable of fracturing 40 plus stages in a single trip in low to mid presSure wells. The system has demonstrated proven reliability with zero tool non-productive time successfully completing over 1,000 fracturing stages, averaging 20 stages per well, in various formations in Alberta.
The system is another option to Suretech Completions’ existing line of multistage retrievable completion systems requiring no milling or drilling, engineered to optimize your production and reduce completion costs.
Sureseat
Sureseat can be used in various applications by replacing composite plugs in plug and perf operations in long horizontals or used in combination with plug and perf operations to provide optimum efficiency and performance. The large ID ball seats are designed specifically to allow perforating guns to easily pass through.
In cased hole operations, Sureseat is incorporated at the toe of the completion string in long horizontal wells to avoid time delays from insufficient set-down weight to mill out composite plugs. Sureseat is designed to be used with a specific dissolvable ball to complete fracturing operations while unseating and dissolving under any wellbore fluid conditions and temperature.
The ball predictably degrades into small particulates leaving behind a large wellbore ID for production requiring no mechanical intervention. When liner actuated valves are used in place of plug and perf for fracturing operations, Sureseat can be utilized within the liner string for presSure testing operations to enSure the liner is intact and safe.

Surestart
Surestart is a presSure-actuated valve designed to run at the bottom of a cemented completion string. The valve allows for testing liner integrity prior to establishing communication to the reservoir, enabling fracturing operations to start. Surestart incorporates specific design features to enSure reliable operation in a wide-range of wellbore parameters
The operation of the valve starts with a predetermined presSure applied at surface based on wellbore parameters. Opening a spring assisted sleeve which is held in place by a unique locking mechanism. At this point communication is established between the liner and reservoir allowing for fracturing initiation.
