投标要求：
1. Bidder’s experience in providing FF&ER services;
2. Availability of bilingual (English- Arabic) professional firefighters among Bidder’s personnel;
3. Bidder’s access to specialized firefighting training center;
4. Availability and quality of training programs developed by Bidder;
5. Availability of Mechanic for maintenance of FF equipment among Bidder’s personnel;
6. Bidder’s ability to meet Company’s schedule;
7. To be able to obtain and to provide required by Company Bid Bond in the amount of $200.000 (two hundred thousand) US Dollars,Contract Performance Bond in the amount not less than 10% from Contract value;
8. Obligatory presence of company’s registration in Iraq.

投标须知：
1. Companies interested in participating in above mentioned tender may obtain full set of Tender Documentation after submission of a written application together with sufficient information confirming that the company meets the minimum criteria set out above (submitted on the letterhead signed by an authorized person) and containing full name of company, mail address, phone, fax, e-mail address, full name of contact person and his e-mail address.
2. Such application shall be sent to Gazprom Neft Badra B.V. Contract and Procurement Department by email to tenders@gazpromneft-badra.com, and received by 5 PM (UTC/GMT+4:00) on July 21st, 2016. The Tender Documentation shall be sent by e-mail without any responsibility for loss or late arrival after submission of a written application as noted above.
